Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the website at saldanasystem.com and, where applicable, the Saldana System automation services described on it. By using this website or engaging Saldana System's services, you agree to these terms.

Description of services

Saldana System provides automation services for service businesses, currently focused on remodeling contractors, including lead capture, AI-based lead qualification, automated follow-up, lead organization, and optional professional website development. Specific service scope for a given customer is defined separately during onboarding.

Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through any form on this site, including the onboarding form.

No guaranteed outcomes

Saldana System automation is designed to help capture, qualify, and follow up with leads more consistently. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, conversion rate, revenue outcome, or business result, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Saldana System unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse this website's design or content for another business without permission.

Third-party services

Delivering the Saldana System automation service may involve the use of third-party software or infrastructure providers. Those providers' own terms may apply to the extent they process data on our behalf.

Service agreements

Specific pricing, service scope, and terms for onboarded customers will be documented in a separate service agreement. Where these general Terms & Conditions conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement governs.

Ongoing services & subscription

The initial $1,300 payment covers the one-time setup and launch of your system, including the website, lead capture system, AI qualification system, automated follow-up setup, business-specific configuration, testing, and launch.

The $300/month ongoing service covers the continued management and operation of the automation system, including monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, AI and email infrastructure, minor updates, and technical support.

Your website and domain remain your property.

The automation system is an ongoing managed service and requires an active monthly subscription to remain operational. If the monthly service is cancelled, or if payment becomes sufficiently overdue under the applicable service agreement, Saldana System may suspend the managed automation services after the applicable grace period.

Suspension of automation services does not result in your website or domain being taken down or transferred away from you. Automation services may be reactivated once any outstanding balance and applicable requirements have been resolved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saldana System is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the services described on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the business evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
